My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am committed to evidence-based practice and believe the best step to helping someone change their life is to thoroughly understand what is currently keeping them stuck. As a faculty member, consultant, and researcher, I am dedicated to staying abreast of the most current research.
I am board certified to practice DBT at this time, as well as certified in CBT by the Academy of CBT.
I am comprehensively trained in and currently offer:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (full model, including DBT Skills Group for adults as well as multi family groups for adolescents)

I am currently an out of network provider, which means I do not work with insurance directly. If we work together, you will pay directly at the time of service and I can provide you with a monthly billing statement to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.

I offer individual CBT and ACT therapy as well as comprehensive DBT including skills group and phone coaching (please call or email to ask about this treatment option) - we also periodically offer a friends and family class for loved ones of individuals enrolled in DBT.
